Chuck Silverman, P.E.
As the Founder and Principal, Chuck Silverman has taken a sincere interest in his people, his projects, and his business for the past forty years. In doing this, he has formed lasting relationships in both the electrical engineering and design industries. The key to his success in these industries is due primarily to working with an extraordinary team of qualified people and their approach to designing. He believes that every collaborator involved in a project must do what they do best in support of a cohesive design vision.
Over the years Chuck has undertaken a broad scope of projects which include commercial and government facilities, hospitals and laboratories, residential housing, and restaurants. Whether it is specification writing, design production or contract administration, his reputation precedes him. Chuck works to provide design solutions that are innovative, cost-efficient, and energy efficient.
He is currently working to develop strong business cases to make alternative energy concepts, co-generation, photovoltaic energy and daylight harvesting viable to his clients.
VICE-PRESIDENT
Carol Light, P.E.
As Vice President and Principal, Carol Light has contributed over thirty-three years of engineering, business development and strategic planning to the firm. Her keen insight and thorough understanding of the client’s needs, combined with her collaborative style and creative problem solving, has allowed her to work with government agencies on federal, county and city levels. She thrives on creating engineering and lighting solutions that are economical, green and aesthetically pleasing to the eye.
Her engineering experience and her knowledge of architecture and design can be seen in a wide range of projects. Some of which include educational, commercial, institutional, transit, healthcare and residential facilities. She is an expert in past and current engineering standards, and has used this knowledge to design systems for the construction and renovation of existing structures.
PRINCIPAL
Mike Gill, P.E.
Mike has been actively involved in the electrical industry for over forty years. Through efficient project management, budget accountability and dedicated follow through, Mike has the ability of completing projects which satisfy the client both creatively and professionally. As principal he has been managing and directing the design and engineering for projects that include commercial office buildings, educational facilities, mixed-use high rise buildings, laboratory, healthcare, hotel and data center facilities. His expertise includes complete design of electrical and communication systems consisting of high voltage site distribution, normal and emergency power, grounding, single and paralleled generators, UPS Systems, interior and exterior lighting, lighting control, Fire Alarm, Nurse Call, MATV and Security.
PRINCIPAL IN CHARGE
Joe Bazzell, P.E.
Joe has over twenty years of electrical engineering experience. He has a comprehensive knowledge of California’s healthcare design codes, regulations and the construction market. His unwavering attention to detail along with his knowledgeable use of cutting-edge building and design technology results in designs that are energy efficient and of exceptional quality and distinction. His strengths are the areas of power distribution design, analysis and specification, control system design, telecommunications systems design, and implementation in the medical, bio-pharmaceutical, semiconductor, industrial, and power utility areas. His work experience includes low, medium, and high voltage power systems, load analysis, short circuit analysis and protection coordination.
